TrueAccess LLC simplifies a vendor’s experience while increasing compliance and transparency for the hospital.
As a vendor, TrueAccess simplifies the credentialing process by allowing you to upload all required documents and sign all hospital policies entirely with your phone.
The application uses the GPS to determine when the vendor enters a hospital they are assigned to. The app determines if the vendor has the authorization to be at the hospital at the time. If the vendor does, the app connects to their badge by Bluetooth and turns the badge LED indicator green or red. The app functions in the foreground and background. This enables the badge to function without the need to open the app each time the vendor enters a hospital.
The app simplifies your movement in and out of the hospital automatically logging your visits. You no longer have to look for a kiosk or print a badge.
The application uses GPS GeoFences to determine when visitors enter a GeoFenced hospital they are assigned to. The app then determines if the visitor has the authorization to be at that hospital at the time. If the visitor does, the app connects to their badge via BLE and turns the badge light LED indicator green or red. All this is done with the app running in the foreground and background.
This is done for the convenience of the user so they don't need to open the app each time they enter a hospital.
It clarifies the hospital's management of vendors with an intuitive dashboard to manage documents and policies, display vendor activity, set appointments and message vendors, individually or in groups.
